The Supreme Court is there to remind us that Congress is there to pass bills and spend money. Congress knew the eviction moratorium was going to end in July. Instead of taking action, the Speaket sent everyone on vacation. The Senate starts their vacation next week. Yesterday the President said something about certain constitutional scholars might support him to extend the moratorium.

The midterms are on the line. People will remember what the Dems did in response to a crisis. They went home for summer vacation. The progressives will rise up and make it a huge issue. Expect to see coverage of women and their children getting evicted for not paying their rent. It’s going to get ugly.
