The printer and ink cartridges are the responsibly of the employee. Offices will get much smaller and commercial real estate suffer. Some companies are talking about cutting salaries for employees that decide to leave the high cost Bay Area to cheaper locations for remote access. Unfortunately, you can't build a car from home or care for a sick patient, or produce food for the grocery store. Like always we have winners and losers.
